Participants are required on-line registration through the Third GEOSS AP Symposium Website
Rregistration fee is free.

Transportation
All participants are required to take air ticket by yourself. If you need ticket arrangement, please contact with the Third GEOSS AP Symposium Secretariat.

VISA Applications
The Third GEOSS AP Symposium Secretariat will support your application for a visa to enter Japan, for example by issuing an invitation letter if necessary. Please refer to Appendix B for further information regarding the process for visa applications.
