1. Young Asian Trainees Finish RESTEC's Training Program

RESTEC hosted 10 young trainees through the Japan-Asia Youth Exchange Program in Science (SAKURA Exchange Program in Science) run by the Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST). The trainees stayed in Japan for 10 days and completed the entire training course provided by RESTEC.

2. RESTEC to Dispatch Two Lecturers to South Africa

Upon request from the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), RESTEC will dispatch two scientists to South Africa to provide lectures on Interferometric SAR (InSAR) in early November 2015. The South African National Space Agency (SANSA) expects to use the technique for subsidence and sinkhole monitoring.

3. CROSS-EX Finishes Its Operation

The operation of CROSS-EX (the on-line data search system provided by RESTEC) has come to an end. Thank you very much for your continued use of CROSS-EX. You can continue to search data from ALOS and ALOS-2 using the following links.
